DMCA Policy
bokepbrutal.com.de respects copyright. This policy outlines what an owner or authorized agent should include if a genuine notice channel is separately provided.
Copyright notice checklist
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, locate the allegedly infringing material with an exact URL, and give dependable contact details. It should state a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, confirm accuracy and authority under penalty of perjury where applicable, and carry a physical or electronic signature.
Assessment
A notice received through a real identified channel may be checked for completeness, authority and whether the material can be located. A supported notice may result in a proportionate restriction, although no particular result is promised. The Copyright option in Report Content can arrange the facts in the browser.
Counter-notice information
An affected party may prepare a counter-notice identifying the material and former location, stating under penalty of perjury why removal or restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification, and supplying contact details, any legally required consent to jurisdiction and service, and a signature. A compliant counter-notice may be forwarded to the claimant.
Repeated claims and truthful statements
Where appropriate and technically feasible, access connected to repeated valid infringement may be restricted. Material misrepresentations may create liability. For other categories, visit Report Content; for a general procedure question, use the local Contact Us note board.
